I have had the pleasure to train with Jules Robsen on many occasions at different venues and found him to be an extremely adept and well respected member of both the Ju Jutsu, Judo and Aikido communities. His teaching methods and repertoire put one at ease and yet convey the lessons with both professionalization, ease and humor.
His capacity as a school teacher is reflected in his ability to instruct as a martial arts sensei. His lessons are structured - easy to follow and well rounded - you will not find yourself lacking being a student of his club.
A professional and well organised school, with a local community focus.

As a parent of a former student of this school, I highly recommend this Laingholm-based Auckland Jitsu school as being a professional and well organised school, which offers highly qualified and experienced tuition and a local community focus.
Small, intimate dojo located in a beautiful locale. Small class size so the Sensei can dedicate a lot of time in helping you develop your personal understanding of the classes he teaches. Really knowledgeable, Fantastic instruction quality. If you are looking for a little more personal attention amongst large classes, definitely a good option. Well worth the travel if you aren't nearby. If you are, Would highly recommend as a long term option. Be aware, the Sensei can't support a large class and so make sure you contact him first!
