The style jushin-ryu is quite unknown, but this club was so good I was quite baffled. I have trained here for 8 years and everything we learn from strikes to locks are all effective. We have heavy focus on conditioning as we spend some time per lesson going through hard warm ups. We drill our basics over and over, making sure its near perfect.
