We love Aikido and want to share our enjoyment of Aikido with the community, children, and other like-minded people.
The three generations of Grandmother, Father, and Sons, makes it a unique club with a friendly family atmosphere. Our style is more European focused as it originated in England when Sensei Dianne’s teacher emigrated from London.
It is a martial art for the 21st century, with a responsibility not to act the same as our attackers. In practicing Aikido we learn an ethical response to physical problems, ensuring we look out for the wellbeing of both the victim and the attacker. Imagine a fight where both people walk away with no harm done; this is more than probable with Aikido.
