Chu Sau Lei Wing Chun is a practical and effective form of Wing Chun. The head coach Alan Orr is world renowned for his skills, as well as training actual fighters. We base our coaching off real experience, not fantasy ideas of fighting.
Our focus is on teaching Wing Chun that you can actually apply in a real fight situation. This is done through basic drills, live drills, and live sparring.

Tuesday and Thursday

Epsom Normal School Hall
Wear clothing suitable for exercise.
E.g rashguard and shorts/track pants. Light t-shirt and shorts/track pants.
Club singlets and rashguards can be purchased.
Students will need to bring their own mouthguard and 16 oz gloves. Shinguards are recommended too.
Woman feel free to wear extra protective gear.
