Kind of a ripoff. I can practice shadow boxing at home.

Arrived feeling very enthusiastic, the facilities are great and the people are nice but my instructor seemed pretty unenthusiastic. There wasn't a lot of technique instruction either - just a whole lot of cardio exercises and the guy just kind of sat there while the class shadow-boxed in front of a mirror. When I got the message in the mail saying I was up for a test to get my next belt I burst out laughing! I hadn't learned a thing!
The reception staff were also quite strange - they seemed nice but whenever I turned my back I could hear them giggling. They often asked me for more money and gave vague explanations as to why. One example, I was asked for twenty dollars and when I told them my fees were being paid regularly (I'd been checking) the girl shrugged, giggled, and said "oh it's just a monthly fee we get our members to pay." I figured it was in my contract and I'd just forgotten about it but when I came home and thumbed through the paperwork I couldn't find anything about a monthly twenty dollar fee in addition to the join-up fee and weekly payments.
This last part is just me being petty but for a place that charges so much I would expect a uniform that was a bit better quality and a club card that was actually a card - not simply a laminated piece of paper.
I have definitely attended better places since.
Very knowledgeable instructors and great facilities. Everything you need to learn striking grappling and develop strength and conditioning.
