Freestyle MMA Gym and Boxing club offers training in self-defence, boxing, kickboxing, karate, brazilian jiu-jitsu, mixed martial arts, cardio combat fitness and alternative exersize programmes. We can design a class for your specific purpose - personal training or specialised training for groups.

Head Instructor is Dean Logan, 3rd degree black belt Mixed Martial Arts instructor, Boxing coach and Personal trainer. Dean has over 20 years of extensive experience in teaching self-defence, boxing and Mixed Martial Arts.
