Our programs cater to men, women and children, seeking a positive and sustainable lifestyle change. Whether its self defence, competition, improved physical fitness, strength and conditioning or general wellbeing, our experienced team and programs can help.
Head Instructor, Lance Campbell received his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt in 2014, and first Degree in 2017. He has competed both Nationally and Internationally and has a wealth of experience and knowledge in Self Defence, Grappling and Sports Jiu Jitsu. We also offer Wrestling in association with the Katikati Wrestling Club.
