Our club teaches a mixture of martial art styles that work together to form a comprehensive self defense system. Whether we are striking with hands and feet (Te Jutsu), or using balance and joint manipulation (Aiki Jutsu) or ground defense using locks, holds and restraints (Ju Jutsu) our practitioners will discover a style that works well for them. We specialize in techniques that work well for slim build, men, women, boys and girls that give maximum results with minimal effort.
