Hokitika Seido Karate

Seido Karate Hokitika was started in 1992. We have 7 Black Belts who teach a range of classes to suit all ages and abilities. We are affiliated with Seido Karate Nelson - http://seido.co.nz/, and Seido Karate New York - http://www.seido.com/.

Seido Karate was started in 1976 by Kaicho Tadashi Nakamura (ex Kyokushin Karate), and has many affiliated Dojos throughout the world (America, England, Israel, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand to name a few). There are approximately 20 affiliated Dojos within New Zealand.

Monday - 6 to 7 pm - General class - all grades
- 7 to 8 pm - Black Belt class
Tuesday - 5.30 to 6 pm - Children beginners class
- 6 to 7 pm - Conditioning/bag class - all grades
- 7 to 8 pm - Kata class - all grades

Thursday - 5.30 to 6 pm - Children beginners class
- 6 to 7 pm - General class - all grades
- 7 to 8 pm - Sparring class - Green Belts and above only

Friday - 6 pm to 7.30 pm - Groundwork class
