Ju-Ka-Do New Zealand
Ju-Ka-Do is short for Judo Karate Aikido, this is a concept developed by Bruce Tegner in the 1950’s in the USA. The concept is to take what works and strip away what you don’t need.
30 years Later Soke Gary Stringer 10th Dan developed the Ju-Ka-Do UK system which has developed over the last 30 years into a complete self defence martial art.
Mick Gardner 3rd Dan Ju-Ka-Do has recently move the New Zealand and is now based in Hamilton, the club started in August 2018.
