Kingsland Martial arts is an excellent place to train, and I would highly recommend it to those with prior experience in martial arts and beginners alike. The instructors are friendly, respectful, pragmatic and excellent teachers, and the training atmosphere is an ideal blend of easygoing and casual combined with serious, intense training.
Those wishing to learn self defense, striking or grappling skills would be well advised to give this place a try.
