I have just finished my first year at Kiyo-Do Kai and I have enjoyed every minute of it. The Sensei and students were very welcoming from day one and encouraged me to be the best that I can be both physically and mentally. I have made many new friends and have met other students from different Dojos. Joining Kiyo-Do Kai changed my life. I would highly recommend Kiyo-Do Karate to anyone who is wanting to learn Karate, self defence, met like minded people and to anyone wanting to become a better person.
