A great place to wear the energetic little toads out while learning discipline, respect and self defense. The instructors are respectful and very skilled. My boys have been going here for two years and there confidence and fitness levels have rocketed.

Miyagi Kan has a strong focus on kids from a young age. The older kids learn to help and look after the younger kids. There are a number of kids in this club competing internationally - but there are also fun team building events like camps.

Miyagi Kan Karate is a club that focuses on traditional training and sport karate for those who wish to compete. With a structured syllabus students know what to achieve to pass each belt level. A combination of core exercise and fitness drills makes for fit, strong and flexible karateka, and with good family support and keeping up with regular training, black belt is very achievable.
Miyagi kan karate has helped me in so many different ways and has helped me stay out of all kinds of trouble and has now made me feel like i have a future instead of living just day to day. Very good discipline and knowledge.
