Everyone in the gym is mature minded and you learn at your own pace because everyone's keen to
help you. It's amazing and so much fun .Highly recommend this gym to everyone.
Great for personal development and after a hard week of work there is no better way for stress relief and sanity restoration. Keep fit and flexible.
