Sensei Andy Jones is a 4th Dan Blackbelt in both Kick boxing and Sport Karate, was an instructor at the world famous Winspers School of Blackbelts in the UK, and has taken the ethos of using whatever style works and brought it to New Zealand with classes and techniques which are ever evolving. The key element we like to include is fun.

Ages 5 - 9 at 4.30 to 5.15 pm
Ages 9 -13 at 5.30 to 6.30 pm
Teenagers and Adults at 6.30 to 7.45 pm
