Best group fitness classes and self defence training in town!

I love doing the fitness classes. Especially the HIIT is super effective in weightloss and gaining muscle and toning up. The staff and other members are easy to get along with, such a fun group to train with. Krav Maga is simplified and very effective self defence. Have really enjoyed the womens self defence, what a way to gain confidence and skills while having fun! The classes truly are best in town! If you're looking for results, don't hesitate to start at NZKM.

Brilliant content. Obviously these guys have the real life experiences to support what they teach.
Been with this Krav Gym for past year and my daughter for last 8 months. Awesome well experienced and trained instructors.
Director/owner of the NZKM has vast knowledge and has the history to back it.
Everything we learn is relevant to today’s offending, and doing the classes gives you the ability and empowerment to come up on top.
Recommend to anyone that has kids as the kids classes are one of the kind. Kids that are bullied learn all about confidence and how to look after themselves.
In two words. Do it.
