There's no better time to start than now.
Beginners classes start on Monday nights at 6:00 pm. This class will be led by Hanshi Renzie Hanham. The structure of the beginner classes allow you to ease into the your training slowly and safely. It is not necessary that you have any previous karate experience or that you are in a particular physical condition. You progress at your own pace in a supportive environment. You will not feel pressured if you need more time to develop. Everyone is treated as an individual.
The dojo has a different levels and types of classes depending on your grade and skill level. Below are just some of the beginner grade classes that you may attend. You can start any time by just turning up 15 minutes before a time that suits you and join in right away. Or if you prefer come and watch a beginners' session and see what Seido is all about!!
