Our Muay Thai club willl opitimise the warrior spirit, Head Trainer and 2 x Northern Thailand Champion Alexis Gamiz Lazzo is focussed on developing both high level Muay Thai fighters, and offering a unique and challenging form of self discipline and fitness to all comers. Alexis will go beyond the normal training regime of a kickboxing club, and will incorporate aspects of traditional Muay Thai & the culture that goes with it.
