Founded in 1979 by Master Steve Kitson, NZ Martial Arts Hall Of Fame.

It is the convergence of Sing Yi, Pakua,Wu Jiao,Northern Shaolin Art and Tai Chi. At first students learn kicking, punching, self defense, Kata and sparring and weapons. Later moving on to the true meaning of Nam Wah Pai. That is the study of internal strength.

Programs & Class Schedule

1st week always free.
A convergence of Shaolin Art, Sing Yi, Pakua, wu Jiao, and Tai Chi.
Specially designed by the late Master Steve Kitson.
At first students learn, kicking, punching, Kata, and sparring.
Senior students are also taught weapons.
Then move on to the true meaning of Nam Wah Pai that is the study of internal Strength training.
