We teach personal safety to the community - karate and kick boxing training for fitness and confidence.

Location: Merrilands School Hall Monday and Wednesday evening and Moturoa School Thursday evening. (Juniors 6pm-7pm, Adults 7pm-8.30 pm)

Head Instructor: Peter Lowl Sensei (6th Dan Black Belt - highest ranked ShinKyokushin master in New Zealand)

Joining info: Feel free to visit one of our training sessions and just watch. You'll be made welcome and can chat with us before or after training.

If you're wanting to have a free trial lesson it's probably best to contact us first. First 2 lessons are free trial lessons. Casual loose fitting clothing is fine.
