Monday: 5:30 – 7:00 pm
Tuesday: 3:45 – 4:30 pm, 5:30 – 6:30 pm
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 6:00 – 9:00 pm
Friday: 3:45 – 4:45 pm
Saturday: 10:30 am – 1:30 pm
Sunday: Closed

Toa Kids: 5-7 years - Tuesday 3.45pm - 4.30pm
We focus on developing confidence, co-ordination, and fundamental movement skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Juniors: 6 - 12 years - Thursday 6pm - 7pm or Friday 3.45pm - 4.45pm
Children will develop their confidence, focus, leadership skills, and respect through a Junior Jiu Jitsu syllabus and coloured belt system.
Colts: 13 - 17 years - Monday 5.30pm - 7pm and Thursday 6.30pm - 8pm
Out Colts develop self-confidence and awareness, self-control, and respect through a senior Jiu Jitsu syllabus of modern self-defense techniques.
Seniors: 18+ years - Monday 5.30pm - 7pm and Thursday 6.30pm - 9pm
Our senior classes are designed to develop reactive techniques with minimum effort and maximum efficiency through drills and a modern self-defense system.
Protect-Her: Suitable for ages 15+ - Tuesday 5.30pm - 6.30pm (Casual)
Women's Self Defense. Developing confidence in the ability to protect yourself is what these classes aim to do. With a structured system designed to empower the practitioner through the science and art of Jiu Jitsu, using techniques that require minimum effort but maintain maximum efficiency.
