Programs & Class Schedule
FITNESS CLASSES:
6am and 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am Saturday.
Non Contact and suitable for any level.
BASIC KICKBOXING:
5pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday and 7pm Tuesday, Thursday.
Semi contact and a good place to learn kickboxing and get in shape.
KICKBOXING:
7pm Mondays and Wednesdays, 5pm Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am Saturdays.
Fight training class, full contact, includes wrestling and grappling.
