Pil Sung Taekwon-Do teaches the ITF style of Taekwon-Do and is affiliated to International Taekwon-Do (www.itkd.co.nz).
ITF Taekwon-Do is a dynamic martial art and effective method of self defence originating from Korea. It is also great for general fitness and conditioning.
General class times and venue:
Mondays and Wednesdays
6:00pm - 6:50pm: 7 - 12 years old
7:00pm - 8:30pm: Adults and 12+ years old
