Kung Fu has been made famous through movies and movie stars such as Bruce Lee, Jet Li and Jackie Chan. Shaolin Kung Fu is a traditional Chinese martial art, considered one of the oldest dating back to 520AD.
The martial art we practice is called Shaolin Gao Can Mun Nam Pai Chuan (GCMNPC). At the Kung Fu school we teach the best of martial art traditions in a modern world context. The Chinese words Kung Fu actually mean success through effort, which we think reflects us perfectly.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Shaolin Kung Fu & Martial Arts Wellington:
MONDAY
Children (min age 7 years old) – 5-6 PM
Teens – 6-8 PM
Adults – 6-8 PM
FRIDAY
Children (min age 7 years old)- 4.30-5.30 PM
Teens – 5.30-7.30 PM
Adults – 5.30-7.30 PM
SATURDAY morning
Children (min age 7 years old)- 9-10.00 AM
Teens – 10-11.30 AM
Adults – 10-11.30 AM
