Karate lessons for our family

When my two children started karate I also decided to join after watching their classes. It is a friendly karate school with excellent instructors. It is great seeing my kids enjoying their classes and advancing their martial arts skills. For me, I'm enjoying the increased fitness, great instruction and new friends.
