After an introductory course, our students then choose which style to pursue.
Our flagship style, Sotai Kempo, is as close to the “all round” martial art as you can get. With an equal balance of striking and grappling, combined with vital nerve points, this also translates very well to a winning MMA style.
Currently classes are limited to nine students, so you benefit greatly from Ogg Sensei's 30+ years of training and teaching.
Beginners very welcome to our Dojo.
