I have been a member of the Taoist Tai Chi Society for 15 years. I really enjoy the calm gentle style of instruction which has helped me mentally, emotionally and physically.

I keep growing in fitness, strength and flexibility - as my body changes my tai chi changes which in turn brings more change. I can thoroughly recommend you give it a try.
