Programs & Class Schedule
Monday 6 pm-8 pm
Thursday 6 pm-8 pm.
All ages welcome. Combined age groups attend each class.
The program covers
-Fitness-stamina, strength, general well-being
-Kyorugi-Sparring-Learn & practice striking, blocking and kicking techniques in a controlled fighting environment
-Poomsae-Individual, pairs, group exercises to develop combinations of blocks, kicks and punches
-Unarmed Combat/Self Defence
