Universal Shotokan Karate Union

We invite kids (age 8 and above) and adults to come along and try a training session at the dojo and give Universal Shotokan Karate a try. USKU emphasises a balanced development of speed, strength, and range of techniques. First two weeks are free.

BENEFITS OF KARATE TRAINING:

-Great for the whole family to do together

-Applicable to self-defence situations

-Build confidence and self-control

-Develop fast reflexes, balance, and memory

-Learn the basic principles of progressive goal setting and reaching these goals

Programs & Class Schedule

CLASS TIMES
MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS
6 pm – 6:30 pm Kids - A half-hour class dedicated to kids from age 8 and above.
6 pm – 7 pm Adults & Teens - An hour-long class for beginners (white & yellow belts) and intermediates (green & blue belts).
