West Auckland Kyokushin Karate
Kyokushin West Auckland was established over 15 years ago. We are a dojo focused on hard Kyokushin training and maintaining a balance between traditional karate (kata/forms, ido geiko, solid basics, stances, etc) and tournament/full-contact fighting. Kyokushin Karate is well known for being a strong, full-contact style that conditions the mind and body to achieve strength beyond what people usually think they are capable of. We welcome people from all walks of life and encourage anyone thinking about taking up karate to remember that we all started as beginners so don't be shy!

Kids (5 - 12 years old): 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Adults: 6:30pm - 8pm

$70 training fee per school term ($100 for 2)
