Zen Do Kai - Kawa Dojo is a family based club with an emphasis on Junior karate.
We have a specific programme for 5 - 8 year olds focusing on self esteem, movement, co-ordination and listening.
When students turn 8 they graduate to our Junior class which is a step up and run by qualified instructors to give them the skills to counter bullying and develop general confidence.
Our Seniors Martial Arts class covers self defence, weapons and general fighting skills.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Zen Do Kai Karate - Kawa Dojo - Auckland East:
Kidz Karate Tuesday and Thursday 5.00 - 5.45 pm
Junior Karate Tuesday and Thursday 6.00 - 6.50 pm
Senior Karate Tuesday and Thursday 7.00 - 8.00 pm
Black Belt Tuesday and Thursday 8.00 - 8.30 pm
