Programs & Class Schedule
Mondays at 7 to 7.30pm and Wednesdays at 7 to 8.30pm and Saturdays at 10 to 11.30am......................Monday and Wednesday are coached clases following a structured syllabus..and saturdays are for students to practice whtever skills or drills they want to work on either through structured practice or freestyle co operative rolling.....nelsonbjj.co.nz
