Karate Remuera Goju Ryu

We are both a traditional and sport karate club that is family friendly. Most of our senior members focus on traditional Goju Ryu Karate and Kobudo. Some of our junior students participate in sport karate under WKF rules.

The emphasis is on teaching effective karate to promote self confidence and good health. We have students from 4 years to 60 plus years

Dojo Chief Instructor is Sensei Murray Simpson 5th Dan Black Belt and current Chairman of Karate Auckland Inc the regional body under Karate New Zealand the recognised national organisation for karate clubs in New Zealand.
