The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at myBJJ Nelson:
Sunday: 4 pm-5:30 pm Adults mixed levels
Monday: 6 pm- Adults beginner; 7 pm Adults no-gi mixed levels
Tuesday: 6 pm Adults Mixed levels; 7:30-Striking
Wednesday: 4:30 pm Kids (5-9 yrs); 5:15 pm Kids (10-15 yrs); 6 pm Adult mixed; 7 pm Adult beginners
Thursday: 5 pm - Kids mixed ages; 6 pm - Adults Mixed levels; 7:30 pm - Striking
Friday: 4:30 pm Kids (5-9 yrs); 5:15 pm Kids (10-15yrs), 6 pm - Adult open mat (rolling)
Saturday: 9 am - Kids mixed ages
